Register For The LGBT Law Enforcement Liaison Academy

Registration is now open for LGBT Law Enforcement Liaison Academy.  This training is available for currently employed civilian or sworn law enforcement personnel and is certified by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training. The Matthew Shepard Foundation is providing a full scholarship to cover the cost of this course for law enforcement personnel who are registering for the first time.

  1. Complete the registration form below.  Once you successfully submit the form, you will see an acknowledgement in a green box at the bottom of the page with a website address.
  2. Simply copy the website address into a browser and follow the directions to enroll in the course on the Canvas platform.    You can begin the training immediately.

For California law enforcement employees, I understand that successful, unsuccessful, and course-incompletions are reported to California P.O.S.T.. I understand that the tuition for this course ($195) is being paid for me by the Matthew Shepard Foundation.
