How To Apply For Accreditation
- Step 1: Download the Accreditation Guide and use the PDF fillable form to check off each of the standards your agency meets. Gather evidence of how your agency meets each of the standards and prepare documents for upload in PDF format.
- Step 2: Meet with your chief executive and review the Accreditation Guide including each of the standards your agency meets. Review with your chief executive all of the evidence you intend to submit. Ask your chief executive to sign and date the attestation on the last page of the Guide. This can all be done electronically using the fillable PDF form.
- Step 3: Complete the application below using the Accreditation Guide you completed as a reference. Upload the PDF documents with evidence for each of the six standards and any optional practices you wish and the Accreditation Guide you filled out with the attestation from your chief executive. Be sure you check the attestation at the bottom of the application and click submit. You will receive an acknowledgement that your application was submitted and receive a copy of your application and all attachments submitted in an email.
- Step 4: Use the link at the very bottom of the page to submit the required fees.
Submit The Required Fees
Accreditation fees are payable by credit card via PayPal. Payment of the fees in full is required before the accreditation process can begin. Fees are non-refundable once submitted.
